The staff at Gran Melia were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were well-appointed and the rooftop area with the pool was amazing. The breakfast options were excellent and the staff was always attentive and friendly.

Best aspects of my stay were the personalized service and the central location. The staff were very good too make sure I had a nice New Year's experience. The hotel's prime location allowed me to easily explore the city and visit nearby attractions. I enjoyed the rooftop terrace with fine views and a relaxing atmosphere.

Worst aspects of my stay were the small gym and limited amenities. The gym was cramped and poorly equipped, making it difficult to have a satisfying workout.

The room was a bit small and lacked natural light due to the small windows. there was a strange smell in the hotel that was a bit off-putting.

We stayed in a fantastic hotel with a great location, just off the bustling Gran Via shopping street. The service was outstanding, from the warm welcome by the friendly staff to the delicious breakfast served in the garden. Our room was spacious with a fantastic King size bed and the Red level rooms and lounge were top-notch. we enjoyed the nice sun deck on the roof with its beautiful view of the city.

The fitness room could use some improvement - it was a bit small and could be brighter.

The lack of available sun loungers at the outdoor swimming pool. With limited space, it was difficult to find a suitable spot to relax and soak up the sun.

We had an amazing time in this hotel! the service was exceptional and all our luxurious needs were fulfilled. the rooftop pool and sun terrace were outstanding and the buffet breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the spa lounge and the massage they offer. Our room was elegant and modern, with exclusive amenities.

The only issue we encountered was with the gym, the machines felt outdated, and the equipment was limited. it did not ruin our experience as there are plenty of other facilities to enjoy.

Fantastic Red level service, terrific location. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The Red Level service was really good, and the location couldn't have been better, right next to the palace. The included food and drinks in the Red Level lounge were a great perk, and the sunset views from the rooftop were fine. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Palacio De Los Duques and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is located in a convenient yet peaceful area, away from the crowds, but close to major attractions like Gran Via and Plaza Mayor. The rooms were beautifully decorated and well-equipped, including a luxurious circular bath in the larger suite. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the housekeeping was outstanding. The hotel even provided us with grapes on New Year's Eve so we could participate in a local tradition. The rooftop view was stunning, especially during sunsets.

I would highly recommend this hotel.
